IT Service Desk Analyst (Healthcare) - Bedford

An international market leader in Healthcare technology is urgently seeking a new IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Bedford. You will be part of a fun, collaborative IT function that will provide you with the training and career development opportunities to become a Senior Technology Engineer in the Healthcare sector.

You will be responsible for the remote support and 1st/2nd line triage of IT systems and bespoke healthcare applications (all training on these applications will be provided).

As the successful candidate you must have:

- A background in IT Service Desk (1st line)

- Experience of supporting Microsoft environments and IT Networks

- Knowledge of VMware

- Any knowledge of healthcare systems such as PACS or VNA would be an advantage, but not essential (training will be given)

- A positive approach to learning new technologies

- Good communication skills and a strong customer focus

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:

- Basic salary of circa £20,000 - £26,000 depending on skills and experience
