Are you an IT Support professional with some team leadership experience? Would you like to join an exciting not for profit organisation currently investing heavily into their IT function? If so, this could be a great option for you…

You'll lead a team of six, providing IT support to a user base of c2500. It's separate from the IT Service Desk and your team will work on escalated, 2nd - 3rd line incidents.

In addition to the day to day management of the support team, you will be required to enhance and improve their ITIL processes and capabilities. They are keen to focus more on Problem Management and reduce repeat issues - getting to the route cause of issues.

Key outputs:-

* Effectively manage technical support team to ensure top performance and consistent operational delivery is achieved
* Proactively look for incident trends. Embed and encourage a Problem Management culture to improve service and reduce inefficiencies associated with repetitive incidents.

Skills and Experience:-

* Demonstrable experience of applying advanced principles and adoption of ITIL
* Technically strong with hands on capability to review and define ITIL processes and configure ITSM tool sets (including automation and workflows)
* Excellent communication and diplomacy skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence
* Experienced working with, troubleshooting and improving Windows Server technologies, Windows 10 and Office 365
* Proven experience designing & documenting technical infrastructure designs
* Good experience of business engagement to understand requirements when creating SLAs and processes
