Junior Estimator - Kings Hill - £20,000 to £30,000 per annum

Are you a Junior Estimator looking for a company to help hone your skills?

Do you have a genuine interest in pre-construction within the building sector?

My client are an Electrical Sub-contractor based in Kings Hill, Kent that are looking to grow their tight-knit company by bringing in a Junior Estimator to help the established team with pre-construction duties.

Projects tend to consist of Commercial fit-outs, both New Build and Refurbishments, across the South East and Home Counties, however you will be entirely office based.

As an employee of a small company you will wear many hats, but the benefit to this is an all-round experience for you, learning about the whole pre-construction process as well as the delivery side.

Duties:



* Help produce quotes
* Work with pre-construction team to produce tenders
* Supplier management
* Work with procurement team to ensure suppliers are competitive
* Use Amtech to produce estimates
* Take offs
* Amend CAD drawings as needed
* Supplier management
* Material Co-ordination / logistics planning

Package:



* £20,000 to £30,000 per annum
