The Associate Director for Client Services will strategically create and lead a 300+ FTE Contact Centre supporting multiple clients across key business lines.Supported by 5 Senior Managers and a Training Manager, the Associate Director will drive and enhance relationships across key clients, working to maintain and exceed quality and productivity levels whilst also realising revenue generation opportunities through enhanced processes and initiatives.
