The client are a privately owned house builder based in Hampshire that specialise in the development of traditional build and timber frame housing along the South Coast.

They are currently looking for an experienced Land Buyer who would soon be looking to step up to Land Manager as their current Land Manager will soon be heading up to Director level. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working within a Land Department and must be based within an hour of Fareham. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £35k + package + bonuses.

Responsibilities

* Researching new business opportunities as part of a proactive approach to the identification and acquisition of land.
* Appraising new land opportunities and the completion of planning, technical and legal due diligence.
* Project managing the promotion of sites through the development and planning process.
* Preparing representations on local plans.
* Responsible for promoting schemes within agreed budgets.
* Developing relationships with key external stakeholders.
