job description

L&D Administrator providing the administrative support to the Academy Team.

Duties:



* To act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, answering simple queries, and distribute other calls appropriately.
* Taking messages where calls are not able to be routed to the relevant person and passing these on
* Support administrators to manage Academy email account
* Sort, maintain, copy, scan, upload and distribute correspondence as directed, ensure relevant paperwork is filed appropriately and maintained in an organised manner
* Contact employees to progress training requests and paperwork

Organise training programmes:



* Support the Academy administrators to liaise with internal and external training suppliers to organise training coursesContact trainer and line managers to determine the location, time, facilities and training
* Liaise with trainers to ensure any requirements are met including accommodation, equipment requirements, travel etc.
* Produce and distribute certificates and correspondence relating to training activities

Experience needed:



* Must have access to a car and be able to drive
* Good working knowledge of using Microsoft systems particularly outlook and excel
* General administrative experience
