You will be leading the L&D team in the design and delivery of innovative and challenging projects. Furthermore, you will be expected in taking part in the R&D of avante-garde and disruptive L&D solutions.

* Lead the L&D team in the Design and Delivery in the delivery of Exceptional L&D programmes in line with business strategies.
* Support the recruitment team in the selection of high potential professionals.
* Manages client relations as the ultimate escalation point for all members of the team.
* Oversight of all project management.
* Ensure the design meets the learning objectives and budget parameters.
* Act as expert adviser / Subject Matter Expert to teams across the business.


* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Project management experience track record of delivering multiple projects at different stages.
