Lead Document Controller

A residnetial developer is looking for a lead document controller to join their team on a permanent basis and be based on site in Southall using the system Asite.


* Team events (drinks, food, parties
* To pay between £35 - £37 K
* Being part of a multi million pound project
* Room to progress within the company
* To work for a company who invests in their staff members and treats them with respect


* To set up the document control package Asite and implement it on the project.
* To manage 2 document controllers and set them up with their day
* To resolve all incoming issues regarding drawings
* Working closely with the managment team, attending meetings and discussing issues
* To manage and control the drawings and correspondence between the project team and external parties, ensuring that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly.
* To liaise with sub-contractors, designers and the Project Team.
* To maintain the document controls processes and ensure appropriate storage of hard and soft copy material.
* To ensure that site paperwork is being captured correctly and being filtered through to all those necessary.
* To upload and download drawings, dealing with RFI'S etc.
* Assisting in administrative duties such as; filing, scanning, printing documents.
* Attending meetings as and when required.

Candidate requirements:

* Successful candidates will have experience using Asite.
* Experience working in the construction industry is desirable.
* IT literacy and competency in programmes such as MS Office and Excel
