Randstad are working with a well respected property management company, who are hoping to welcome a new Learning and Development Manager to help drive their people-focused vision. The role is initially on a FTC but with view to go permanent.
The daily responsibilities of an L&D Manager are:Enhancing the journey of workers; from induction to ongoing trainingImplement strategies which drive both individual and organisational developmentTake ownership of learning methods (e.g. coaching, e-learning, leadership programmes, online training etc.)Successfully manage the apprenticeship programme and utilise the levyManage the day to day service delivery of the team, and produce reports on the successes

Essential Criteria for this role:Knowledge and experience of utilising the apprenticeship levyExperienced in L&D at manager levelGood standard of general educationCIPD Level 7 - or equivalent qualificationEvidence of CPD in area of L&D/HR - or related discipline Proven experience in similar positionExcellent communication skillsAbility to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levelsA full UK driving licence
