job description

How would you like the chance to get ahead of the curve, whilst being given the opportunity to get more from the work that you will do?

There looks like there will be the opportunity for more Receivership work as we progress forwards in this economic climate. One of my clients has done their research and strongly believes that the current property cycle will lead to more recoveries being conducted by their financial clients.

If you are the right person, they will confidently back you whilst you lay the foundations and as the cycle comes around then you will be in an excellent position to carry out your work.

Whats on Offer

* Salary and bonus in line with your experience and strategy
* The backing and resource of the business for you to build and deliver a new but calculated business unit.
* The chance for equity within the business.

The Role

* Building an LPA Receivership presence within the business
* Business development with the current bank panels that the company are currently on to inform them of a further service offering
* Working on the cases that currently come through
* Monitoring the economic climate to adjust your strategy as time goes on.

The Person

* An ambitious Chartered Surveyor with high levels of experience and network within the world of LPA Receivership.
* An individual who wants to see more from their work and efforts, with genuine backing behind them
* Strong communication skills and able to influence and explain to key internal and external stakeholders
* NARA membership would be highly desirable

If you are up for a new challenge, that will most likely yield large rewards, then get in touch with me to find out more.
