The Role



* Building an LPA Receivership presence within the business
* Business development with the current bank panels that the company are currently on to inform them of a further service offering
* Working on the cases that currently come through
* Monitoring the economic climate to adjust your strategy as time goes on.

The Person



* An ambitious Chartered Surveyor with high levels of experience and network within the world of LPA Receivership.
* An individual who wants to see more from their work and efforts, with genuine backing behind them
* Strong communication skills and able to influence and explain to key internal and external stakeholders
* NARA membership would be highly desirable
