Supporting a student on a one to one basis, you will ensure that your student can overcome their fears by divulging into interactive activities throughout the day. These will include building key life skills to gain independence.

Job responsibilities:
- Build effective relationships with peers and staff
- Ensure health and safety is enabled for each student and in the classroom environment
- Support the main teacher for outdoor educational days and community visits
- Provide the best care and welfare of each student
- Support students independent educational health care plans
- To ensure that each student can access interactive and fun-filled sessions
- Attend extra training days and staff meetings

Key Skills:
- Must have own means of transport
- Essential to have experience in either care, education or SEN roles
