An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis! The successful candidates will work full time as part of a Property Maintenance Administration team. You will be scheduling reactive and responsive repairs in which will be required to work in a timely manner and liaise with customers.

Duties will include:



* Providing administrative support to the Maintenance Manager.
* Responding to customer enquires.
* Making appointments.
* Scheduling planned and reactive maintenance in properties.
* Preparing invoices and documents.

You are not required to be experienced in all of the above skills but it would be beneficial.

You will require:



* Have excellent customer service skills
* Be computer literate
* Have numeracy and literacy skills

Desirable:

A background in Social Housing Administration.
