Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Central London - £35k per year - Immediate start!

I am currently looking for a strong Electrical Engineer to work with one of the biggest FM companies in the UK. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 17th Edition or NVQ) and a long,proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will also be part of a two man team (one being mechanical). This is a permenant position which will be paying up to £35,000 per year.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out Electrical Maintenance to the following;



* Lighting (small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air conditioning- Air Handing Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes , cleaning)
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* BMS system- Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems- Monitor/ Take readings
* Pumps, motors
* PPM

Hours of work / Split shift

Monday-Friday



* 7-4/ 10-7

Requirements



* Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, 17th Edition, NVQ)
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Immediately available or can start at short notice
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
* Time- served electrician
