Shift Maintenance Electrician - Blue Chip Building - London / Liverpool Street - Temporary to Permanent - Up to £18.00 per hour or £38,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. I am currently recruiting for two Shift Maintenance Electricians to work in a critical / blue chip commercial office located in London (City/Liverpool Street) The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 17th Edition or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance (Ideally within a critical site; Banking, Financial, Hospital etc. This is a temporary to permanent Position, which pays an hourly rate up to £18.00 per hour or straight permanent £38,000.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;

* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
* Pumps, motors

Hours of work / Shift Pattern

Continental Shift Pattern
Days & Nights - 19:00pm to 07:00am to 19:00pm to 07:00am


* Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, Apprenticeship, 17th Edition, NVQ)
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Immediately available or can start at short notice
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills

Highly desirable (Not essential)

* Any further qualifications (i.e. Mechanical or Air Conditioning etc)
* Experience working in critical sites (Banks, Data Centre, Financial, Hospitals etc)
* High Voltage or Low Voltage experience / certification
