Shift Maintenance Electrician - (4On 4Off Days only) - Tourist Attraction - Central London - Up to £38,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. I am currently recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Electrician to be based in a large unique commercial building / large tourist attraction located near Charing Cross. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 17th Edition or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;



* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
* Pumps, motors

Hours of work

4on 4off (Days only) - 08:00am to 20:00pm

Requirements



* Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, Apprenticeship, 17th Edition, NVQ)
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Immediately available
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills

Highly desirable (Not essential)



* Any further qualifications (i.e. Mechanical or Air Conditioning etc)
* Experience working on large commercial sites
