Maintenance Electrician - Iconic Commercial Building - Central London (London Bridge) - Temp to Perm - Up to £34,000 (No Call Out)

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. I am currently looking for a Maintenance Electrician to be based in an Iconic commercial / blue chip building located near London Bridge. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 17th Edition) ideally with a proven track record in a commercial building maintenance. Please note, that whilst I am looking for an electrically qualified engineer, there is a lot of fabric tasks that you would be expected to undertake. This is a temporary to permanent or permanent position, which pays an hourly rate of up to £16.00 per hour or up to £34,000.

* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* All aspects of fabric maintenance
* Dealing with sub contractors
* issuing permits

Hours of work

* Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
* 07:00am to 16:00pm


* Electrical - City & Guilds, Apprenticeship, 17th Edition (Level 3)
* You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Immediately available or able to start at short notice
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
