Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Maintenance - London - Up to £17ph

Exciting opportunity to work for a well-established FM service provider situated in London. My client is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to be based in a critical / commercial building in London. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G, 17th Edition) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i.e. Bank, Data centre, Blue chip office etc). This is a temporary to permanent position or straight permanent, which pays an hourly rate up to £17ph.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;

* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment
* AHUs/FCUs- Filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans
* Pumps- PPMs or strip downs
* Plumbing - Unblocking toiletS

Hours of work

Monday to Friday- 8am-5pm


* Electrical - City & Guilds (Level 3/NVQ), Apprenticeship, 17th Edition
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Immediately available
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
* Residing in the UK

Highly desirable (Not essential)

* Any further qualifications (i.e. Mechanical or Air Conditioning etc)
* Experience working in a bank / data centre / Commercial Office
