Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Oxford Street, London | £38,000 + Package

Do you have experience working in a commercial building services?

I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to work independently in a high end office premises in the Oxford Street area.

You will be responsible for all landlord area's of the building. Responsibilities will include; Emergency Lighting, Fault Finding, Wiring, Power Distribution, Sockets, Circuits, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Belts, Fans, Boiler checks, Generator tests etc, issuing permits, supervising sub contractors alongside other day to day general building services.

We are looking for an engineer who is able to take ownership of these area's in the building and continue to build a relationship with the client.


* £38,000 basic salary
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
* Call out rota is 46 weeks per annum - a call out is extremely rare however you are paid £3000 per annum for being on standby.
* Pension

* A lot of future progression in this role into supervisory / management position if desired

* Overtime available


* Experience working in commercial building services
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
* Able to work the hours advertised
* Experience working within both landlord and tenant area's of a commercial premises
