Maintenance Engineer - Plumbing Background - Monument, London - £34,000

If this sounds like you, I have the perfect opportunity! The role would be perfect for a building services engineer with a mechanical / plumbing background who would like to progress further in their career.


* Day shift pattern- 6 days on 3 days off
* 8:00am - 6:00pm


* £34,000
* 25 days holiday

* PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
* FCU's & AHU's
* Pumps and Motors
* HVAC plant
* Water treatment
* Boilers
* Dealing with pipe noise issues
* Leaks
* Heating and radiators (Rads not working)
* L8 Tap temps (PPM)
* Issuing permits to contractors
* Assisting sub-contractors
* Fix and replace pipe work


* City and guild level 2 and 3 in Mechanical Engineering /City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Plumbing (or Equivalent)
* L8 trained
* Gas safe registered
* Apprentice trained - Essential
* Commercial Maintenance Experience
* Client facing
* A willingness to learn and progress
