Randstad CPE is recruiting for an experienced maintenance plumber for going work on a large static site in Aberdeen.


* Provide an effective and efficient service to customers of on various contracts with regards to mechanical and plumbing (reactive and planned) maintenance repairs, minor alterations and project works
* Interpret heating and plumbing drawings and specifications
* Use their in-depth working knowledge of building regulations with regards to heating and plumbing installations
* Identifying defects & improvements that generate extra works for quoting to the client
* Undertake plumbing and heating maintenance throughout the sites where we are responsible.
* Assist team members to undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks such as filter changes on AHUs & FCUs re-lamping, fire alarm testing & emergency lighting checks
* Provide information and reports where required to the Maintenance Supervisor / Contracts Manager


* Qualified plumber, City and Guilds advanced qualification or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working with reactive works
* Awareness and Knowledge of current COSHH regulations
* Strong communication skills including verbal and written
* Previous experience working with boilers and heating systems - desirable
