Maintenance Scheduler

£21,000 + Package

Denton, Manchester

The Company -

One of the largest companies in the UK with the construction and property market are looking for a scheduler to join there team. This company has been established for over 50 years and has solid foundation and plenty of progression opportunities. They believe in investing in there employees.

Key Responsibilities -

Scheduling and communicating for all operatives; liaising with clients, contractors and external stakeholders

Handling customer and client complaints or queries via telephone, email or letter

Using in house systems and Microsoft packages to log enquiries and calls and manage the process

Provide administrative support to line managers and colleagues where required

Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative

Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively

Document Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked along with keeping them up to date

Work towards individual and client KPI's

Be able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients and suppliers

Clear communication skills

Exceptional customer service

You may be expected to cover out of hours call handling on a rota such as 1 in 5 weeks

Key Skills and Qualifications -

Experience of scheduling/planning within the maintenance sector

Preferably experience within a customer service call centre logging and taking incoming calls

Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service.

Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Presentation

Worked with systems used to manage the scheduling of repairs within the repairs and maintenance sector

A good understanding of key performance indicators

A good understanding a very diverse customer base
