Are you an experienced Supervisor seeking permanent position in the Bristol area?

My client has an immediate opportunity for a supervisor to join their Social Housing maintenance team, initially completing internal maintenance throughout Bristol and the South West.

Responsibilities:



* Manage a team of trades and specialist contractors subcontractors
* Effectively communicating with Management team to ensure the project is on time and budget
* Complete general maintenance duties, on the tools, when required
* Pre and post inspect work to ensure if it completed to the standard required
* Liaise with Housing Authority Surveyors
* Attend and participate on contract meeting when required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Supervisor, specifically on internal works.

You will require:



* SSSTS
* CSCS Card
* Asbestos Awareness (Can complete in 1 hour)
* City & Guilds / NVQ in a Relevant Field
* Full UK Driving Licence
