Manager - Engineering Resources

Job Description

To ensure that resource databases are correctly updated on a weekly basis (IFS and PRAMS)

To produce regular reporting on resource demand and allocation to ensure that the business delivers correct and accurate planning information for Lotus programmes

To ensure that Engineering resource planning processes are correctly captured in business process documents

To support in the development of new and improved resource planning tools

To support in the development of project resource plans for internal and external project planning activities

To ensure time allocation and booking are correctly input and maintained by Engineering staff

Training, mentoring and at elbow support for new starters and existing staff in planning tools

Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria):

Essential



* HNC or equivalent
* Experience in resource allocation and planning
* MS Project and planning database experience
* Self motivated and enthusiastic.
* Methodical attention to detail
