Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager with extensive experience within Communications? Looking to working for one of the Uk's leading Facilities Maintenance Companies?

A rewarding opportunity has arisen with ample opportunity for progression and personal development for an ambition, enthusiastic and driven Marketing and Communications specialist.

Salaries in the region of £30-35k DOE

The Role

You will be required to support the communication manager, playing an active role in attracting new business, implementing communication and engagement strategies inline within the businesses long term growth targets.

▪ Develop, manage and continuously improve multi-channel content for all internal and external
communication channels
▪ Promote the brand identity and guidelines across the group
▪ Manage and continuously improve digital platforms and tools used for delivery of
communications and marketing content
▪ Support the engagement strategy including managing the annual colleague survey, its
feedback and facilitation of the resulting action plans
▪ Acts as a culture ambassador to embed the business philosophy across the group
▪ Market the employee value proposition to support both attraction and retention strategies
▪ Manage agency relationships to ensure a focused programme of events to support both the
communications and marketing strategy
▪ Manage targeted communications and engagement campaigns through optimised channels,
whilst ensuring consistent message delivery across all functions and levels within the group,
particularly front line roles
▪ Support the Communications Manager in measuring the functions effectiveness through close
liaison with key stakeholders
▪ Develop and maintain an annual communication and marketing calendar and ensure key
stakeholders are aware of upcoming events

The candidate

* You will have extensive experience working a within Marketing ideally within Facilities Maintenance or Construction coupled with an understanding of supporting the Bid Management team.
* 5+ years experience
* Degree qualification or equivalent
* Strong communications experience with a focus on both marketing and colleague engagement
* Experience in social media strategy implementation
* Demonstrable experience in managing digital marketing and communication strategies
* Proven track record of increasing colleague engagement through a variety of initiatives
* Experience in using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
