Marketing Assistant

Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant - Croydon

Hours of employment are 9.00AM - 5.30PM: 25 days holidays per annum

* Support the digital marketing activities for HML, taking ownership and responsibility for these activities
* Assist with the daily updating of the HML Intranet, using SharePoint
* Create, distribute and evaluate online surveys, using Survey Monkey
* Create and assist with digital html newsletters via Mailchimp, including helping HML office staff with creating newsletters
* Update the HML website, using WordPress
* Update bespoke locational-specific websites for
* Assist the sales team with the digital processing of contracts via DocuSign
* Respond to online complaints and assist with Google Reviews and TrustPilot
* Help generate content for HML's social media channels and uploading content as directed for the Marketing Manager
* Monitor social media and act to circumvent negative comments, especially in the absence of the Marketing Manager


* Assist with direct mailings
* Assist with event organisation
* Proof reading content and documents for accuracy
* Coordinate specific HML programmes, such as the Monthly Testimonials
* Other marketing activities as required and directed


* Assist the sales team with the production of tenders/proposals for new sites
* Assist the team with the general administration of the tendering process
* Assist with budgets and templates where necessary
* Take sales calls, gathering all the relevant information, providing timeframes for call backs, following up as necessary, etc.
* Assist with team administration, such as printing/binding, where necessary
* Assist with the organisation and administration of mailouts
* Liaise with other departments or companies as needed
* Any other duties as directed
