Location: Cradley Heath

Role



* Promotion: Identifying company service and product USP's and target message for active market sector
* Marketing: Creation of a wide range of marketing material including direct mail, press releases, feature/trade articles, corporate literature and promotional material for active market sector
* Website development: Development and enhancement of company website, including SEO and social media exposure
* You will be the main point of contact for the External Marketing Team and help head up all operation
* Communications: External production and delivery of company (corporate, service & product) presentation, implementation and enhancement of existing customer satisfaction surveys and historical sales activities to generate cross/up selling & additional follow-up-opportunities
* External sales support; liaising with the sales team and assisting them in lead/call generation; Managing export sales; documentation and deliver
* Brand Management: Enhancement of corporate and product brands including the re-development of all associated material
* Event Management: Project management of corporate events, exhibitions and PR opportunities
* Lead generation: Investigating and reporting on opportunities within active market sectors with end-users, OEMS and other stakeholder
* CRM Management: Maintenance and enhancement of CRM/ERP system
* SOP: Undertaking additional sales support
* Regularly in contact with the external production and delivery of company (corporate, service & product) presentation, implementation and enhancement of existing customer satisfaction surveys and historical sales activities to generate cross/up selling & additional follow-up opportunities
* Help manage and support the procurement functions; procurement of contract specific materials in a cost effective manner
* Sourcing competitive Suppliers in line with best practice
* Help with the coordination and effective management of stock
* Assisting with the project management of corporate events, exhibitions and PR opportunities
* Working within the administration Department you will be responsible for the control and upkeep of the relevant areas (reception, boardroom) and equipment
* The daily control of post, recording and distribution
* Collating and inputting of purchase and invoices

Requirements:



* 2 years experience within a marketing capacity and a portfolio to support this
* MUST have fantastic communication skills, having contacted and liaised with stakeholders, suppliers internal and external departments
* Not afraid to take ownership of the marketing function
* Proven ability to adapt, multi-task and work in a fast paced working environment
* The proven ability to be able to prioritise
* IT Literate: Competent on MS application and company systems
* Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Meticulous attention to details
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and encourage staff, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts ranging from executive to administrative levels, and to produce effective summaries and reports as required
