Sales & Marketing is a centralised support function and covers all aspects of professional services marketing, sales support and business development. The primary focus for this role is to aid the firm's Sales and Marketing function by undertaking repeatable and scalable pieces of analytics that create insight into our clients and how we interact with them in a changing business environment.

My client is looking for a talented and curious individual to join the Insights & Analytics Team. The role will support all our lines of service by implementing efficient and effective new ways to gain insight through interrogating and analysing the firm's marketing data.

This will be focused primarily on data being collected through the firm's digital marketing channels, including web and social media, with a view to understanding how our audiences are engaging with our campaigns.

The role will support the delivery of insight throughout the life cycle of the firm's marketing campaigns; from planning, through to in-flight optimisation, and end-of-campaign reporting.

Experience of delivering insights on digital marketing activities in a business environment is essential, so the key skills required are



* A solid understanding of planning, executing and optimising digital marketing channels; including web, paid/organic social, digital display and paid search
* Experience of campaign KPI development and engagement forecasting across digital channels
* Knowledge of using digital channel engagement data to understand channel attribution and to recommend potential optimisations to activity
* A keen appetite for moving from a digital marketing role into a digital marketing analytics role
* Comfortable using a range of different large data sources
* The ability to manipulate and draw actionable insights from data
* Good communication skills and a professional approach
