Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead UK, this position sits within the resourcing team between Talent and Experienced Hire. The position encompasses all aspects of social media, brand management and EVP with a particular focus on recruitment and candidate attraction and to ensure Tata Steel UK is viewed as an employer of choice. The Role

* You will ensure we communicate to talented individuals the benefits, opportunities, specific challenges and rewards with a geographical spread that makes your everyday work a little more challenging.
* Using the policies and procedures currently in place, the ideal candidate will maximise the social media presence with a particular focus on recruitment, employer branding and our EVP.
* Using social media to create a wide variety of content with a view to attract talented individuals to the UK wide business. The role will involve the creation of content across multiple platforms including, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram. All content will then be strategically scheduled and platforms managed to control and monitor brand reputation.
* You will be responsible for identifying and applying for suitable industry awards, competitions and events as part of the continuous building of the EVP. Translating the outcomes of the activities, allowing you to enhance and demonstrate the positive and successful efforts and apply this to attracting candidates for current roles.
* As the implementer of the employer branding strategy, you will actively manage the presence on platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor and Rate My Placement. You will manage the content, branding and monitor responses and reviews left on such platforms in order to enhance the reputation score. Review any external sponsorship opportunities that tie in with the company's values and culture and ensure all activities align with the branding guidelines.
* Within this role, you will evaluate the success of external recruitment campaigns using analytical tools available such as Social Media analytics, Google analytics, PeopleLink advanced analytics. Using the results of the findings, tailor future online activity to maximise quality candidate applications.
* You will be expected to keep abreast of technological advancements and evolving social media trends to determine how we best translate these into improving digital presence in order to benchmark our offering and activities against competitors.
* You will be expected to internally network with the internal comms and corporate comms departments to maximise the quality of the content produced to enhance candidate attraction and experience. Continually seeking new content through engagement with the business and external events, using your initiative to produce content of a varied and interesting nature.

Who we're looking for?

* Educated to degree level, ideally in Marketing, Communications or Business related discipline.
* You will have previous experience of online marketing to include social media, content creation and employer branding
* You will have creative ideas balanced with practical knowledge, as well as project management experience including qualitative and quantitative research.
