Location: Cardiff (UK) and regular International Travel.

A small digital start up company located in the heart of Cardiff are looking for a Marketing Manager to be a part of a rapidly expanding team who specialises in the creation of a social-networking platform for international travellers. You'll be reporting into the CEO and managing the marketing operations. This business is linked with various other international hubs to which you will have a lot of direct contact with so although Cardiff is a start up branch, there has been great success in other regions. The teams you will be liaising with and managing to start will be based in other locations so your contact will be primarily over the telephone/ Skype. As the team grows, you will be asked to manage a team based in the Cardiff Office which gives you the chance to make the role/ management style your own.

* £28,000 £35,000 salary based on experience

Responsibilities and Duties:



* Manage a small growing team of international promoters
* Organising travel for promoters and coordinate logistics of merchandise
* Development and implementation of creative and effective marketing strategies - able to example at interview
* Provide customer service to users and potential clients
* Develop and build relationships with existing and new partner companies
* Regular travel for promotional purposes

Essential Skills/ Experience:



* Digital Marketing experience
* Marketing Leadership skills - Supervisory/ Management experience
* Client relationship management - Able to establish, maintain and grow business relationships
* Must be happy and able to travel frequently to other countries - have a passion for travel
* Knowledge of the growth of social media companies
* Experience of creating marketing strategies and implementing them into the business
* Have experience in working in a fast paced environment

Desirable Qualities:



* University Degree (specialising in Marketing)
