M&E BIM Manager

A great opportunity for an M&E BIM Manager to secure a position with a leading tier 1 contractor with a strong building services department. They specialise in the residential, healthcare, commercial, education and critical services built environment sectors.

My client is seeking an M&E BIM manager with a proven track record of managing multiple BIM projects. They need to have the ability to understand the full review process.

They are growing as a business and now require an experience M&E BIM manager. This is a great chance to progress with a market leading business.

As M&E BIM Manager you will be responsible for:



* To manage the scope, cost and programme of the BIM coordination
* Working closely with the project team and regional engineering manager
* To interface with the internal design team
* Provide price programme reports

To be suitable for this position you will:



* Have a minimum of City & Guilds in Mechanical/ Electrical background. It is preferable to have achieved a minimum of ONC in Building Services engineering
* In depth knowledge of Autodesk fabrication & AutoCAD
* Ability to size pipework/ ductwork
* Have a good understanding of the various methods of structural construction
