Job Title: Commissioning Manager

Salary: £60,000 basic salary (with additional company benefits)

Location: Central & West London

The Company

My client is a privately owned MEP contractor who have a group turnover in excess of £75 million. The company have been in business for over 30 years working across a diverse range of sectors which include commercial/ retail, residential, healthcare and critical services. Due to an extremely healthy pipeline of work they are seeking a commissioning manager to work across multiple major projects. This role will be a mixture of office & site based, and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commissioning manager to progress their career, while working with a company that continues to set the standard across the MEP building services sector.

The Job Role

As commissioning manager you will be responsible for:

* Assist with planning strategies to achieve project completion
* Contribute views on design, construction & handover procedures during management meetings
* Interact with clients, contractors and consultants on commissioning goals/ deadlines
* Participate in operational aspects of commissioning
* Liaise with internal operational & commercial members of staff.
* Execute & supervising deadlines in accordance to project specification

The Remuneration Package
