M&E Framework Manager - Dover - £45,000 to £60,000 per annum - 01622 357 230

Are you an experienced FM professional with an M&E Background?

Do you want to work delivering impressive projects to the local area in a client side role?

My client are a large local authority with a large portfolio of a variety of assets including commercial and industrial properties & they are looking for a strong M&E Framework Manager to oversee multiple contractors delivering upgrades, replacements and refurbishment works across the estate.

Your role will see you in a key position for the client, utilising your experience to ensure budgets and works are met & completed on time.

Duties for a M&E Framework Manager:



* Overall budget control to the value of £4/£5 million per annum
* Review Contractor performance and provide feedback accordingly
* Co-ordinate works to minimise disruptions to day to day operations
* Review Technical Specifications and ensure they're up to standard
* Review H&S proceedures
* Co-ordinate with various contractors, shareholders & tenants to ensure everyone is kept happy

Package for a M&E Framework Manager:



* Starting salary of between £45,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience
