M&E Shift Maintenance Electrician - (Days & Nights) - Luxury Hotel - London - Up to £34,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a luxury 5 star hotel chain in London. My client is looking for two M&E Shift Maintenance Engineers to be based in a luxury hotel near London Victoria/Green Park. The successful candidates will be electrically or mechanically biased (C&G, 17th Edition) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a luxury hotel). This is a permanent position paying up to £34,000.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;

* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* Basic carpentry (Changing locks)

Hours of work

3 days on, 3 days off, 3 nights on, 3 nights off (Days & Nights)
07:00am to 19:00pm to 19:00pm to 07:00am


* Electrical or Mechanical- City & Guilds, Apprenticeship or NVQ
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Immediately available
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills

Highly desirable (Not essential)

* Any further qualifications (i.e. Plumbing or Carpenrtry)
* Experience working in a hotels or luxury / high-end residential properties
* Previous experience working night shifts
