M&E Manager - Central London

Are you seeking a new role with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor? My client have gained a successful reputation for delivering mixed used developments world wide. This particular client is one of Europe's largest construction companies with revenue in excess of £3 billion.

They require a leading MEP Manager to be site based overseeing their most prestigious scheme. The project consists of 600 units combining residential, healthcare, commercial and leisure facilities. Paying up to £75,000 basic salary; this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MEP Manager to work for a leading Contractor.

As the M&E Manager you will be reporting to the regional Project Director. You will have full responsibility of the following:

* Work with and manage the MEP consultants and sub-contractors alike to ensure successful project delivery.
* Governing the MEP supply chain
* Attending and overseeing weekly/ monthly progress meetings with site staff and the client and acting as the MEP representative.
* Overseeing site method Statements & risk assessments.
