Job Title: M&E Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: £80,000 Basic salary

I am working on behalf of a leading property developer across the UK. The business was founded in the mid 1970's. They have experienced extensive growth over the last 10 years and now have an estimated group turnover in the region of £8 billion. The developer currently owns multiple subsidiaries and focus across mid-high specification residential developments predominantly across London & South East. The company pride themselves on investing in projects that improve communities, reducing impact on the environment and it's forward thinking approach. With a full project portfolio for the foreseeable the business are looking for an experienced M&E Manager; who is keen to join a business renown for offering career progression and investment in their staff

About the role

As M&E Manager you will be responsible for:

* Governing Subcontractor meetings
* Ensuring M&E installations are delivered to the clients specification.
* Developing external relationships
* Making sure site activities are carried out in a safe and responsible way.

Remuneration package

In return my client is offering the following benefits:

* A basic salary of up to £80,000
