M&E Manager

Do you want to be a part of a well established Residential building services company with the vision to become a market leader in their field. You will be part of an organisation consistently delivering a top quality product within the residential sector. Delivering new build residential & mixed use developments.

Responsibilities:



* Manage the design and installation of the M&E Packages for several projects.
* Co-ordinate with internal managers and sub-contractors to ensure these packages are delivered to time and to specification.
* Carry out Toolbox talks and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all site activities.
* Ensure all industry and company Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all the times with the assistance of fellow managers.
* Responsible for reading and co-ordinating with the use of Blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.

Required:



* Experience working for an M&E sub contractor / developer
* Experience working within the Residential sector
* Construction Management Certificates are essential including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Experience in the tender process of projects is essential due to the current stage of the build of some projects
