** M&E MANAGER - £170MIL MIXED USED DEVELOPMENT - WEST LONDON - IMMEDIATE START **

My client is a Tier 1 Main contractor who is seeking a freelance M&E Manager to be based on one of their projects in West London. Extensive Residential and Commercial experience is essential.

Responsibilities:



* Manage the design and installation of the M&E Packages.
* Co-ordinate with internal managers and sub-contractors to ensure these packages are delivered to time and to specification.
* Carry out Toolbox talks and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all site activities.
* Ensure all industry and company Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all the times with the assistance of fellow managers.
* Responsible for reading and co-ordinating with the use of Blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.

Required:



* Experience working for a Main Contractor is favourable but not essential.
* Construction Management Certificates are essential including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Experience in the tender process of projects is essential due to the current stage of the build of some projects.
* Residential & Commercial experience
