** M&E MANAGER - £170MIL MIXED USED DEVELOPMENT - WEST LONDON - IMMEDIATE START **

My client is a Tier 1 Main contractor who is seeking an Electrically biased M&E Manager to be based on one of their projects in West London. This a long term freelance role which can continue for up to 4 years.

Responsibilities:



* Manage the tender, design and installation of the M&E Packages.
* Co-ordinate with internal managers and sub-contractors to ensure these packages are delivered to time and to specification.
* Management of up to 5 staff
* Carry out Toolbox talks and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all site activities.
* Ensure all industry and company Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all the times with the assistance of fellow managers.
* Responsible for reading and co-ordinating with the use of Blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.
* Value engineering

Essential Requirements:



* ELECTRICALLY BIASED
* 10 years + experience
* Construction Management Certificates including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Commercially aware
* Staff management experience
* Experience in the tender process of projects is essential due to the current stage of the projects.
* Residential & Commercial experience
