M&E Project Manager - Sevenoaks - £50,000 to £60,000

Do you have experience delivering M&E Packages on projects valued up to £10 million?

Have you worked on Commercial projects as the main M&E Contractor?

My client are a medium sized Contractor with a traditionally Mechanical bias, however over the past few years have begun building a presence within the Electrical market as well; and so are looking for an M&E Project Manager to join their team and help continue the successful growth of this aim.

Expectations / Requirements for you as an M&E Project Manager:



* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement

Package suitable for experienced M&E Project Manager:



* £55,000 to £65,000 per annum
* Vehicle / Allowance
* Pension
* 25 days holiday
* Free parking
* Set progression plan
