Mechanical Commissioning Manager

Are you a Mechanically Biased Commissioning Manager looking to work for a residential specialist? Usual projects ranging from £2million to £20million within the residential sector.

My client is based in central London and they are looking for someone new to join their busy team, offering a competitive salary, travel expenses and a car allowance.

Responsibilities



* Have a minimum of 10 years experience in a site engineering role preferably with experience in HVAC system commissioning & Handover.
* Previous experience working in the Public Health / Hospital environment.
* Have excellent I.T. skills with MS Office, excel a must.
* Managing the Commissioning process with the client and site teams
* Issuing weekly Commissioning reports
* Providing technical input to the control processes
* Reviewing Commissioning RAMS prior to Commissioning activities
* Ensuring all parties are coordinated for witnessing
* Overseeing close out documentation
* To co-ordinate the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan.
