Mechanical Construction Manager

I am looking for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager who is ready to take the next step up to project management level. My client is a well known contractor who currently turnover circa £100 million. Typical projects ranging between £20-£30 million M&E. A mixture of commercial shell & core, commercial fit out and high end residential projects.

You will need to have experience working on mix use projects up to £20 million. Ideally you will have a at least 6 months project management experience but my client is willing to look at an individual with a solid background as a mechanical construction manager.

As senior mechanical project manager you will be responsible for:



* Working closely with the pre-construction team in developing the Mechanical packages
* Tender reviews
* Involved with bid presentations
* Attending project, client and subcontractor progress meetings.
* On site review and management of Mechanical Building Services installation

In return my client is offering the following:



* A basic salary of up to £80,000
