Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Fenchurch Street - £36,000-£37,000 - Overtime + Benefits

Great opportunity to work for a top FM maintenance provider who has an excellent reputation within the industry. This current job is in a large high profile commercial office building in Fenchurch Street, London. The company itself is a blue chip insurance company that provide brilliant benefits for their employees and give exciting job progression.

The job itself is a mechanical based role dealing with all the mechanical duties within the office building, such as: AHU'S/FCU's, Pumps, BMS system, Water treatment/Legionella, Plumbing, Hvac, Fire Alarms, Motors, Sprinkler systems, General building services

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday

Week 1/2: 07:00-16:00 Week 3: 11:00-20:00 (These hours work on a rotation)

Call out: 1 in 4, paid £100 a week

Loads of overtime opportunities available

Requirements:

. Level 2/3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

. Apprenticeship trained

. Good communication skills

. Experience in working with a commercial office

. Eligible to work in the UK
