Day Shift Maintenance Mechanical - 4 On 4 Off -Southwark - £35k

A rare and exciting opportunity has come up to work for the UK's largest facilities maintenance companies in an Iconic building in Southwark. They have a globally recognisable brand with offices based in London. My client is looking for one key member to complete their professional maintenance team, ensuring this global company can move forward efficiently. You will be working on a 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern, days only.

The suitable candidate will have extensive commercial maintenance experience, Emergency lighting, Hot and colds, Fire alarm checks, FCU's , AHU's, UPS, BMS and riser experience. Particular knowledge of FCUs, water treatment and HVAC is needed and previous experience in a corporate client facing environment would be beneficial as this is a very corporate site. Qualifications required for this role include City and Guilds Part 1&2 Mechanical engineering.

Hours of Work:

4 on 4 off Day Shift Pattern, 12 hour shifts, Days only - 6am to 6pm / 10am to 10pm

Qualifications:



* Mechanical Qualifications City and guilds, NVQ or equivalent
* 16th or 17th Edition
* Proven Track record in Commercial Maintenance
* Ability to work in the UK
