Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Newcastle Upon Tyne

5 out of 7 Days (40 hours per week)
£31,000 + Shift Allowance

* Multi-skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance to the site
* The suitable candidate will work as part of the in house technical services team carrying out maintenance to HVAC, fire alarms, air handling units, hot and cold water systems, lighting and BMS systems and ensure that operational effectiveness of the site is maintained.
* Suitable candidates will be required to maintain accurate site records and documentation and work with in the SLA and KPI's for breakdowns and repairs and adhere to health and safety policy at all times.


* In order to be successful in this position it is anticipated that candidate's will be qualified to an HNC/HND, NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) and have at least three years' experience working in a building services maintenance environment.
* Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate substantial knowledge of working across a wide range of building services equipment, have excellent customer services and team working skills.
