Randstad are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

This a static role for a large site in Oxford and requires an experienced Mechanical Engineer to help maintain it.

This role is 8-5.30 Monday to Friday and will involve:

* Carrying out electrical planned & preventative maintenance on various plants such as Electrical systems, HVAC, Air conditioning (AHU / FCU), Plumbing.
* Statutory compliance including emergency light, water treatment, fire alarms and sprinkler testing etc.
* To communicate regularly and effectively with clients, suppliers and other management personnel in order to maintain and develop an excellent professional working relationship to ensure the smooth running of the business
* To organise works allocated and time efficiently, and work supportively within a team
* To complete site logs and site diaries on a daily basis
* To submit clear, concise and accurate task sheets and reports
* To attend call out during normal working hours and outside of normal working hours on a rota basis

Must have :

* Experience working on VAV system
* Minimum City & Guilds/ NVQ Level, 1&2 in Mechanical Maintenance
* Proven track record in Commercial Building Maintenance
* F-Gas
