Mechanical Project Manager - £55,000 to £65,000 per annum - Brighton

Are you a detail orientated Mechanical Project Manager with experience delivering fit-out projects?

Do you want to work for a company with a culture for success?

My client are a South Coast based Contractor working with some of the most well known high-street brands, completing M&E fit-out projects across the UK.

You will join a competitive and successful delivery team of Project Managers focusing on providing a top level of Fit-out service to High Street brands and Commercial clients.

Duties & Expectations for a Mechanical Project Manager in this organisation:

* Establishing and maintaining key client relationships
* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
* Handover

Package for a Mechanical Project Manager:

* Starting Salary of £55,000 to £65,000 neg.
* Up to 20% bonus depending on company performance
