Mechanical Project Manager

Are you a Mechanical Project Manager looking for a new role with a leading tier one M&E contractor? Do you want to work on projects up to £20 million M&E? Do you want the opportunity to progress up to project director level?

We are currently working with a leading M&E contractor need an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in Central London. My client has a turnover of around £100 million at the minute, typical projects ranging between £20-£30 million M&E. A mixture of commercial shell & core, commercial fit out and high end residential projects.

About the role

As senior mechanical project manager you will be responsible for:



* Working closely with the pre-construction team in developing the Mechanical packages
* Tender reviews
* Involved with bid presentations
* Attending project, client and subcontractor progress meetings.
* On site review and management of Mechanical Building Services installation

In return my client is offering the following:



* A basic salary of up to £80,000
