Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Salary: £80,000 basic salary

Location: Central/ West London

The Company

My client is a Tier 1 MEP building services contractor, with a history dating back over 30 years. The business specialise in major design & build projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare & leisure sectors. They have developed fantastic client relationships through delivering projects with ambition, passion & true engineering excellence. Due to a healthy pipeline of work, my client is seeking a mechanical project manager, to be based between office & site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mechanical project manager looking for career progression or alternatively a lead mechanical site/ construction manager looking to step up into management.

The Job Role

As Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for:

* Review project estimates & budgets; working in conjunction with the pre-construction team
* Prepare and review technical submittals
* Have full responsibility for the work scope/ specifications associated with project delivery.
* Provide proactive, clear and timely leadership to the project team, subcontractors & consultants
* Ensure the project is delivered on time and according to budget

The Remuneration package

* A basic salary of up to £80,000
