My client, a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor whose office is based in Central London is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager for a residential project based in Central London. The project has a value of £35Million M&E value and is a large High End Residential Project.

The company turned over around 150 Million this year and are aiming to turn over 160 Million this year with a full workbook for 2019. All projects are based in and around Central london and go up to the the Value of £40Million M&E.

Offering a great progression plan and an excellent package alongside it this could be an excellent move for someone looking to take the next step up to Senior Mechanical Manager.

You will need the below to be suitable for this role:

* Have come from a Mechanical trades or academic (HNC/ Degree) background

* Have experience managing Mechanical packages in excess of £5 million * Experience in managing a large site team * Hold a SMSTS/ CSCS card

* Have the ability to work individually and as part of a team Benefits:

Duties



* Undertake all works in accordance with the SLA and KPI's, site policies Health and Safety rules and regulations.
* Oversee on-site contractors, ensuring their work is satisfactorily completed in line with RAM's and contract SLA's.
* Respond to defects, faults and client requests. Work with others to identify root causes to prevent re occurrence.
* Maintain records; produce simple reports as required.
* Ensure all planned maintenance tasks are completed within the designated time period to enable full compliance.
* Proactively identify material requirements completing appropriate paperwork in a timely manner to enable service delivery.
* Undertake over time when required.
* To identify opportunities in order to provide continuous improvement for service delivery.
* Increased responsibility during out of hour's period.
* Regularly undertake day tech and shift office duties and responsibilities as required
