Mechanical Site Supervisor

A Mechanical Site Supervisor is required to join a large specialist Mechanical contractor, with projects across London.

This company specialise in Residential projects, with a 60/40 split between full turnkey Mechanical fit-out and Infrastructure projects, such as District Heating, Plantrooms and Energy Centres. Projects will range in value anywhere from £1 million to £20 million, however they will usually be somewhere between £5 and £15 million.

Business turn-over currently stands at £13 million however this is planned to grow to £15 million employing over 60 people. A lot of this client's main clients are House Builders such as Berkeley Homes.

What will be expected of you:



* Enforcing RAMS
* Supervise the installation of Mechanical Services on Residential projects
* Co-ordinate delivery of materials
* Report to Project Manager
* Progress Meetings / Reports
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Health and Safety & First Aid desirable
